AT Labs RM-2 Meshtastic 2.7.26

Vanilla Meshtastic firmware for normal RM-2 use.

- based on upstream Meshtastic v2.7.26.54e0d8d
- uses the standard Seeed XIAO nRF52840 Kit feature set and defaults
- transmit power is limited to 8 dBm and reported power matches the enforced limit
- requires the correct XIAO nRF52840 bootloader
